Newborn: Caydence {7 days}

Sweet little Caydence could not have been any more perfect for her newborn photos. She is just as cute as can be, and I love those cheeks and little double chin she already has going . . .

When Christie was still pregnant, and we were discussing some details for the session, she mentioned that Caydence was a rainbow baby, and wondered if we could incorporate that into the photos. (For those who haven't heard of that term . . . "a rainbow baby is a baby that is born following a miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death or infant loss. In the real world, a beautiful and bright rainbow follows a storm and gives hope of things getting better. The rainbow is more appreciated having just experienced the storm in comparison")

I found this little rainbow heart on Etsy, and little Caydence held onto it perfectly.
